The lounge bar area was perfect for relaxing, and the Italian restaurant on the 12th floor offered a delightful culinary experience with stunning views of the city. The staff were exceptional, from the courteous doorman to the friendly front desk team, attentive housekeepers, and prompt room service. Their dedication made my stay truly memorable. Plus, right next door, you can indulge in the best chocolate pastries in town at Gabriel’s Patisserie, adding a sweet touch to your stay. the hotel and staff very good but unfortunately for the money they supposes to block 200,000 AMD from my card they charges my card and after so many email to hotel still no reply and i have ask so many time to get copy of my invoice for my stay unfortunately after 10 days still they did not reply and send

The hotel is exceptional. Beautiful facilities and room with great amenities. Customer service was fantastic...every need catered to. The breakfast on the top floor was one of the best, very classy.

Location is nice, got a late checkout option (at 15:00) free of charge, which was a nice touch. Hotel itself is newly remodeled.

Everything was great since we moved to a larger room (completely different experience). Extra comfortable beds. Sixt with underground parking nearby
